HDPE Microduct / Bundle Pipe Extrusion Line
HDPE Microduct / Bundle Pipe Extrusion Line combines two closely related telecom pipe systems on one product page: small-diameter silicon core microduct production and protective bundle pipe production.
The microduct configuration uses stable single screw extrusion, optional silicon core co-extrusion, accurate vacuum calibration, controlled cooling, multi-wheel haul-off and synchronized coiling. Models cover 7-16 mm and 10-32 mm microduct with catalog outputs from 80 to 200 kg/h.
The bundle pipe configuration arranges multiple finished microducts and applies a protective HDPE outer sheath. The catalog Bundle-63 model covers 16-63 mm OD with output up to 140 kg/h.

Inner Tube Single Screw Extruder
The first-stage single screw extruder plasticizes HDPE steadily for individual telecom microduct production. Extruder size is selected according to the 7-16 mm or 10-32 mm pipe range and target output.
Inner Tube Extrusion Die Head
The precision die head forms the microduct outside diameter and wall structure. A silicon core or low-friction functional inner layer can be integrated according to the required duct specification.
Inner Tube Vacuum Calibration Tank
Vacuum sizing and controlled water cooling stabilize microduct roundness, outside diameter and surface quality immediately after extrusion.
Inner Tube Haul-off Machine
The synchronized haul-off unit maintains stable traction speed and protects the dimensional accuracy of small-diameter microduct during continuous production.
Inner Tube Coiler
Finished individual microduct is wound under controlled tension for storage or transfer to the second-stage bundle pipe production process.
Inner Tube Uncoiler
Multiple microduct coils are released at controlled speed and tension so each inner tube enters the bundle line without twisting or stretching.
Inner Tube Guiding Table
The guiding table aligns the required number of finished microducts in the specified color sequence and bundle pattern before outer sheath extrusion.
Outer Sheath Single Screw Extruder
The second-stage single screw extruder supplies a stable HDPE melt flow for the protective outer sheath surrounding the arranged microduct bundle.
Outer Sheath Extrusion Die Head
The bundle die head gathers the arranged inner ducts and distributes the HDPE melt uniformly to form a consistent protective outer jacket.
Bundle Pipe Vacuum Calibration Tank
Vacuum calibration and water cooling stabilize the finished bundle pipe outside diameter, outer sheath shape and surface quality.
Bundle Pipe Haul-off Machine
The final haul-off machine synchronizes with outer sheath extrusion to maintain stable bundle pipe movement and jacket thickness.
