HDPE Microduct / Bundle Pipe Extrusion Line

Complete HDPE microduct and bundle pipe extrusion production line
Material
HDPE, PE, silicon core masterbatch
Pipe / Hose Range
7 - 63 mm OD
Output
80 - 200 kg/h by model

One dedicated telecom pipe platform for HDPE silicon core microduct and HDPE bundle pipe production, using catalog-based 7-63 mm configurations.

HDPE Microduct / Bundle Pipe Extrusion Line

HDPE Microduct / Bundle Pipe Extrusion Line combines two closely related telecom pipe systems on one product page: small-diameter silicon core microduct production and protective bundle pipe production.

The microduct configuration uses stable single screw extrusion, optional silicon core co-extrusion, accurate vacuum calibration, controlled cooling, multi-wheel haul-off and synchronized coiling. Models cover 7-16 mm and 10-32 mm microduct with catalog outputs from 80 to 200 kg/h.

The bundle pipe configuration arranges multiple finished microducts and applies a protective HDPE outer sheath. The catalog Bundle-63 model covers 16-63 mm OD with output up to 140 kg/h.

How to Choose

  1. Confirm individual microduct OD, wall thickness and required number of ducts.
  2. Define whether a low-friction silicon core or smooth inner layer is required.
  3. For bundle pipe, confirm bundle OD, duct arrangement and outer sheath thickness.
  4. Provide target output, coil diameter, voltage, pipe standard and final telecom application.

Main Equipment and Process

Core units are configured according to pipe material, diameter, layer structure, output target and downstream collection method.

HDPE microduct inner tube single screw extruder

Inner Tube Single Screw Extruder

The first-stage single screw extruder plasticizes HDPE steadily for individual telecom microduct production. Extruder size is selected according to the 7-16 mm or 10-32 mm pipe range and target output.

HDPE microduct inner tube extrusion die head

Inner Tube Extrusion Die Head

The precision die head forms the microduct outside diameter and wall structure. A silicon core or low-friction functional inner layer can be integrated according to the required duct specification.

HDPE microduct inner tube vacuum calibration tank

Inner Tube Vacuum Calibration Tank

Vacuum sizing and controlled water cooling stabilize microduct roundness, outside diameter and surface quality immediately after extrusion.

HDPE microduct inner tube haul-off machine

Inner Tube Haul-off Machine

The synchronized haul-off unit maintains stable traction speed and protects the dimensional accuracy of small-diameter microduct during continuous production.

HDPE microduct inner tube coiler

Inner Tube Coiler

Finished individual microduct is wound under controlled tension for storage or transfer to the second-stage bundle pipe production process.

HDPE bundle pipe inner tube uncoiler

Inner Tube Uncoiler

Multiple microduct coils are released at controlled speed and tension so each inner tube enters the bundle line without twisting or stretching.

HDPE bundle pipe inner tube guiding table

Inner Tube Guiding Table

The guiding table aligns the required number of finished microducts in the specified color sequence and bundle pattern before outer sheath extrusion.

HDPE bundle pipe outer sheath single screw extruder

Outer Sheath Single Screw Extruder

The second-stage single screw extruder supplies a stable HDPE melt flow for the protective outer sheath surrounding the arranged microduct bundle.

HDPE bundle pipe outer sheath extrusion die head

Outer Sheath Extrusion Die Head

The bundle die head gathers the arranged inner ducts and distributes the HDPE melt uniformly to form a consistent protective outer jacket.

HDPE bundle pipe vacuum calibration tank

Bundle Pipe Vacuum Calibration Tank

Vacuum calibration and water cooling stabilize the finished bundle pipe outside diameter, outer sheath shape and surface quality.

HDPE bundle pipe haul-off machine

Bundle Pipe Haul-off Machine

The final haul-off machine synchronizes with outer sheath extrusion to maintain stable bundle pipe movement and jacket thickness.

HDPE bundle pipe coiler

Bundle Pipe Coiler

The completed bundle pipe is wound into project-specific coil diameters under controlled tension for telecom installation, transport and storage.

FAQ

What is the difference between a microduct line and a bundle pipe line?

The microduct line produces individual small-diameter ducts, optionally with a silicon core inner layer. The bundle line arranges multiple finished microducts and extrudes a protective HDPE outer sheath around them.

What microduct diameter and output ranges are available?

Catalog models cover 7-16 mm and 10-32 mm microduct. Depending on the selected extruder configuration, maximum catalog output ranges from 80 to 200 kg/h.

What bundle pipe model is retained on this page?

The retained catalog model is Bundle-63 with an SJ70/32-37 kW extruder, 16-63 mm pipe OD range and maximum output of 140 kg/h.

What information is required for a quotation?

Please provide individual microduct OD and wall thickness, duct count, bundle arrangement, outer sheath OD and thickness, material, output target, coil size, voltage, pipe standard and a sample or drawing if available.
