Color Marking Extruder

Steel Wire Winding and Forming Unit
The winding unit feeds and positions the steel wire at a controlled pitch so it is embedded uniformly in the PVC hose wall for suction resistance.
Extrusion Die Head
The hose die head distributes the PVC melt around the steel wire structure and controls hose diameter, wall thickness and surface uniformity.
Cooling Tank

What is the difference between steel wire hose and PVC spiral suction hose?
Steel wire reinforced hose embeds metal wire inside a transparent or colored PVC wall for suction and discharge duty. PVC spiral suction hose instead uses a rigid PVC helix bonded to a flexible PVC body and requires a different dual-extrusion forming process.
