Single-Layer PPR Pipe Line
One main single screw extruder and a standard PPR die head produce hot and cold water pipe for building plumbing and industrial water systems.
PPR pipe extrusion line for single-layer hot and cold water pipe and PPR multilayer or PPR-GF-PPR composite pipe production.
PPR Pipe Extrusion Line is used for single-layer PPR hot and cold water pipe, building plumbing pipe and multilayer PPR composite pipe production.
A standard line uses one main single screw extruder and a single-layer die head. PPR multilayer and PPR-GF-PPR production adds a co-extruder, controlled dosing and a multilayer die head while sharing the downstream calibration, cooling, haul-off and cutting equipment.
The glass fiber reinforced middle layer improves dimensional stability and reduces thermal expansion while the PPR inner and outer layers maintain a clean, smooth pipe surface.
One main single screw extruder and a standard PPR die head produce hot and cold water pipe for building plumbing and industrial water systems.
An additional co-extruder and multilayer die head form the functional or glass fiber reinforced middle layer. The shared downstream equipment keeps the complete project compact and economical.
Custom multilayer configuration: PPR multilayer pipe lines are custom-built. Contact us for detailed technical data, layer structure options and quotation.
Core units are configured according to pipe material, diameter, layer structure, output target and downstream collection method.
The vacuum loader conveys PPR pellets automatically while the drying hopper removes surface moisture and keeps material feeding stable before extrusion.
The main single screw extruder plasticizes PPR material efficiently and supplies stable melt flow for continuous single-layer or multilayer pipe production.
The additional single screw extruder supplies a second PPR, colored or glass-fiber-reinforced material flow for AB, ABA, ABC and PPR-GF-PPR multilayer pipe production.
The compact marking extruder adds project-specific color stripes for pipe identification without changing the main PPR extrusion output.
The extrusion die head can be configured for single-layer, AB two-layer, ABA three-layer or ABC three-layer PPR pipe with stable and uniform melt distribution.
The vacuum calibration tank controls pipe roundness and outside diameter accurately while starting the controlled cooling process.
The spray cooling tank continues controlled water cooling to stabilize PPR pipe dimensions and surface quality before haul-off.
The synchronized haul-off machine maintains stable traction speed so pipe wall thickness and production movement remain consistent.
The PLC-controlled chipless cutter tracks production speed and creates smooth, clean PPR pipe end faces at the required fixed length.
The online UV laser printer marks pipe specifications, standards, production date, batch details and customer-required identification.
The pipe stacker receives fixed-length PPR pipe after cutting and transfers it smoothly for collection, inspection and packing.

Please provide material, pipe or hose diameter range, wall thickness or layer structure, output target, voltage, final application, factory layout and optional equipment requirements.
Yes. Extruder, die tooling, calibration, haul-off, cutter, coiler, belling or other downstream units can be configured according to pipe OD, wall thickness, application and output target.
We can provide line layout, factory testing, operation guidance and commissioning support according to the final project scope.
The downstream calibration, cooling, haul-off and cutting equipment can be shared. Multilayer production requires an additional co-extruder, separate material dosing and a PPR multilayer die head.
Send pipe material, diameter range, output target, voltage, final application and optional equipment requirements. We will recommend a practical extrusion line configuration.
