PPR Pipe Extrusion Line

PPR Pipe Extrusion Line is used for single-layer PPR hot and cold water pipe, building plumbing pipe and multilayer PPR composite pipe production.

A standard line uses one main single screw extruder and a single-layer die head. PPR multilayer and PPR-GF-PPR production adds a co-extruder, controlled dosing and a multilayer die head while sharing the downstream calibration, cooling, haul-off and cutting equipment.

The glass fiber reinforced middle layer improves dimensional stability and reduces thermal expansion while the PPR inner and outer layers maintain a clean, smooth pipe surface.

One main single screw extruder and a standard PPR die head produce hot and cold water pipe for building plumbing and industrial water systems.

An additional co-extruder and multilayer die head form the functional or glass fiber reinforced middle layer. The shared downstream equipment keeps the complete project compact and economical.
