Pipe Extrusion Project Discussions at Ruplast 2026 Moscow

The Wings Plastic team completed its Ruplast 2026 program in Moscow at Booth 4E44, reconnecting with long-term customers and reviewing requirements for new and existing pipe extrusion projects in the region.

Discussions covered practical line upgrades: balancing extruder output with available cooling length, improving drive efficiency, checking tooling compatibility, and planning commissioning support for PE and PVC pipe production under local operating conditions.

Live Extrusion Process Demonstration at Chinaplas 2026 Shanghai

At Chinaplas 2026 in Shanghai, Booth 7.1G14, Wings Plastic used a live production-line demonstration to support detailed discussions with returning customers and new pipe manufacturers.

The technical focus was continuous-process stability: maintaining repeatable melt delivery, matching forming and cooling capacity to line speed, and synchronizing downstream traction and handling equipment to protect finished-pipe dimensions.
