PVC Fiber Reinforced Braided Hose Extrusion Line
The PVC Fiber Reinforced Braided Hose Extrusion Line produces a three-layer hose consisting of a soft PVC inner tube, polyester fiber braid and protective PVC outer coating.
It is designed for PVC braided garden hose, gas and LPG hose, clear mesh-reinforced hose (sometimes called snake-skin hose in local markets), bathroom hose and general water or air delivery hose.

Main Equipment and Process

Vacuum Loader and Drying Hopper
PVC material is conveyed automatically to the drying hopper before extrusion. Stable feeding and controlled material temperature support consistent inner and outer layer quality.
Inner Layer Single Screw Extruder
The first single screw extruder plasticizes the PVC compound and supplies a stable melt flow for the smooth inner hose layer.
Inner Layer Extrusion Die Head
The inner layer die head forms the first PVC tube and controls its outside diameter and wall thickness before cooling.
Inner Layer Cooling Tank
The first cooling tank stabilizes the inner PVC tube so it can enter the braiding stage without deformation.
Inner Layer Haul-Off Machine
The first haul-off machine pulls the cooled inner tube at a synchronized speed and maintains stable dimensions before fiber reinforcement.
Fiber Braiding Machine
Polyester fiber is braided evenly around the inner PVC tube. Braiding pitch and density are adjusted to achieve the required working pressure and flexibility.
Heating Oven
The braided inner hose passes through a controlled heating oven before outer coating, improving surface activation and bonding between the PVC layers.
Outer Layer Single Screw Extruder
The second single screw extruder supplies PVC material for the protective outer layer that encapsulates the fiber reinforcement.
Outer Layer Die Head and Marking Extruders
The outer layer die head coats the braided tube uniformly, while dedicated marking extruders can add identification stripes. The assembly controls finished hose diameter, wall thickness and surface appearance.
Outer Layer Cooling Tank
The second cooling tank solidifies the finished outer PVC layer and stabilizes the hose before final traction and winding.
Outer Layer Haul-Off Machine
The final haul-off machine synchronizes with the outer extruder and cooling section to maintain hose diameter, wall thickness and production speed.
Hose Coiler / Winder
The finished reinforced hose is wound into specified coil lengths with controlled tension for inspection, packing and shipment.
