Separate Soft and Rigid PVC Feeding
Independent material feeding keeps the flexible body compound and rigid spiral compound separated before plasticizing. Feeding and hopper arrangements are selected according to the PVC formulation and target output.
Right-Angle Dual Single Screw Extruders
The main extruder supplies the flexible PVC hose body while the secondary extruder produces the rigid reinforcing profile. Independent speed and temperature control allow each compound to be plasticized under its own processing conditions.
Co-Extrusion Die Head
Dedicated flow channels form the flexible strip and rigid reinforcement profile with stable dimensions. Polished internal surfaces reduce material retention and support clean bonding in the rotary forming section.
Rotary Spiral Forming Machine
The rotary system wraps and bonds the extruded profiles into a continuous reinforced hose. Multi-direction adjustment controls spiral pitch, overlap and forming pressure for different hose diameters and stiffness targets.
Modular 304 Stainless Steel Cooling Line
The newly formed hose passes through an extended 304 stainless steel cooling section that stabilizes the bonded spiral and flexible wall. Large-diameter lines can use a modular cooling length up to approximately 30 meters for transport and onsite assembly.
