PVC Single Layer Transparent Hose Extrusion Line
PVC Single Layer Transparent Hose Extrusion Line is a compact clear vinyl tube production system for smooth, flexible hose without fiber or steel-wire reinforcement. SJ45, SJ55 and SJ65 main extruders cover finished hose outside diameters from 4 mm to 50 mm and nominal output from 30 kg/h to 70 kg/h.
Typical products include transparent PVC water hose, beverage and dairy transfer tube, laboratory tubing, low-pressure air line, sight-flow tube, drainage tube and protective sleeving. The clear wall allows operators to observe the conveyed medium, while the polished die and controlled cooling system support a smooth surface and consistent wall thickness.
Food-contact, dairy or medical tubing must use a suitable PVC formulation and be produced under the hygiene and compliance controls required by the target market. Multi-point controlled water cooling stabilizes the transparent tube after extrusion while preserving a smooth surface and accurate hose dimensions. Cooling length is matched to hose diameter and production speed.
Haul-Off and Cutting Machine
The synchronized haul-off stabilizes line speed and wall thickness, while the integrated cutting unit prepares straight tube lengths when the product is not supplied in coils.
Automatic Hose Winder
The finished medical, milk or liquid-transfer tubing is wound into neat coils. Winding speed, coil diameter and changeover method are configured for the hose size and final package.
