PVC Medical Saliva Ejector Hose Extrusion Line
This line is configured from the supplied PVC Medical Saliva Hose Extrusion Line quotation for 6.5 mm dental saliva ejector hose production.
The production flow starts with iron-wire unwinding, straightening and preheating, followed by SJ55/30 PVC extrusion, water cooling, servo traction and precise cutting.

Iron-Wire Unwinding and Straightening
The iron wire is released under controlled tension and straightened before entering the coating section. The quoted straightening motor is 0.75 kW.
Iron-Wire Preheating Unit
A 4 kW preheating unit raises the wire temperature before PVC coating to support more stable adhesion between the wire core and medical PVC layer.
SJ55/30 Single Screw Extruder
The SJ55/30 extruder uses a 55 mm, 30:1 L/D nitrided 38CrMoAlA screw, a 15 kW frequency motor and integrated 1.5 kW vacuum feeding for medical PVC processing.
6.5 mm Medical Hose Extrusion Die
The Wings-made extrusion die uses mica heating with 3 kW installed heating power and is tooled for the quoted 6.5 mm finished hose diameter.
304 Stainless Steel Water Tank
Two 3000 mm water-cooling sections provide a total 6 m cooling path. The tank body is 304 stainless steel and uses a 0.75 kW water pump.
Servo Puller
Rubber-belt pulling is driven by two 0.75 kW Xinjie servo motors. The quoted puller speed range is 1 - 20 m/min.
Servo Cutting Unit
The cutting unit combines a 1.3 kW servo cutting motor with a 0.75 kW servo feeding motor. Siemens PLC and touch-screen control synchronize length and cutting.
