PU/TPU Pipe Extrusion Line produces flexible polyurethane tubing for pneumatic, industrial and general fluid-transfer applications.
The pictured line combines single screw extrusion, precision die forming, vacuum water cooling, belt traction with laser diameter measurement and controlled winding for stable continuous production.

Single Screw Extruder
The single screw extruder melts and conveys PU or TPU material under controlled barrel temperatures. Screw design, drive power and drying requirements are selected for the specified material grade and output.
PU/TPU Die Head and Mould
The precision die head forms the molten polymer into the required tube OD, ID and wall thickness before it enters the cooling section.
Vacuum Cooling Tank
The stainless steel tank provides controlled vacuum sizing and water cooling so the flexible tube maintains stable dimensions and surface quality after extrusion.
Belt Puller with Laser Diameter Meter
The belt puller provides steady traction while the laser gauge monitors tube diameter online. Pulling speed can be coordinated with extrusion output to maintain the target size.
Controlled Winder
The single-station winder collects the finished flexible tube into coils with adjustable winding control for the specified coil length and package format.
