Main Equipment and Process
Core units are configured according to pipe material, diameter, layer structure, output target and downstream collection method.
Single Screw Extruder
A dedicated material drying and feeding system supplies the single screw extruder. Screw design, barrel temperature and drive power are selected for the PA grade and target tube size.
Precision Die Head
The compact tube die forms the PA melt into the specified outside diameter and wall thickness. Tooling is matched to the material grade, finished tube dimensions and tolerance target.
Vacuum Calibration and Cooling Tank
Vacuum sizing and staged water cooling stabilize the small-diameter tube before traction. Tank length and cooling capacity are configured for line speed and PA tube dimensions.
Belt Haul-off Machine
Matched upper and lower belts pull the tube at a steady speed without excessive deformation. Haul-off speed is coordinated with extrusion output to control wall thickness and dimensional stability.
Online Laser Diameter Measurement
A non-contact laser gauge continuously checks the tube outside diameter after cooling. The measurement gives operators immediate feedback for fine adjustment of extrusion and haul-off speed.
Metering Cutter and Winder
The finished tube is measured, cut and wound into controlled coils for packing. Coil dimensions, winding tension and target length are set according to the required delivery format.
