PVC High-Speed Hot and Cold Mixing System
PVC resin, calcium carbonate, stabilizers, lubricants and other additives are blended uniformly in the high-speed hot mixer, then cooled rapidly to prevent agglomeration and prepare a stable dry blend for extrusion.
Conical Twin Screw Extruder
The counter-rotating conical twin screw extruder provides low-temperature, uniform plasticization for heat-sensitive PVC powder. The model and motor power are selected by pipe diameter and output.
PVC Pipe Extrusion Die Head and Mould
The spiral-flow die head distributes PVC melt evenly to control wall thickness and surface quality. Interchangeable dies and calibrating sleeves cover the required pipe sizes.
Vacuum Calibration Tank
Vacuum sizing fixes pipe outside diameter and roundness immediately after the die. Controlled water circulation and vacuum maintain stable dimensions and smooth surfaces.
Spray Cooling Tank
The downstream spray cooling tank extends cooling time after calibration so thicker PVC pipe reaches a stable temperature before traction and cutting.
Pipe Haul-Off Machine
Two-, three-, four- or multi-claw haul-off configurations synchronize traction speed with extrusion output while gripping the pipe without deformation.
Pipe Cutting Machine
PLC-synchronized cutting provides fixed pipe lengths and clean end faces. Dust-free or planetary cutting is selected according to pipe diameter and wall thickness.
Pipe Stacker
The pneumatic pipe stacker receives fixed-length pipe after cutting and transfers it safely for inspection, bundling and packing.
Laser Printer
The online laser printer marks pipe size, standard, batch, date and customer-required identification without consumable ink.
